The NGX Market Operations team provides NGX clients with customer service and support for every issue from passwords, installing NGX software, or getting a verbal market update.  Market Operations staffs a telephone help desk which customers can contact with any type of issue relating to NGX at any time during the NGX trading hours.
Market Operations handles all nominations of natural gas for each trading hub provided on the NGX Trading System. Each client’s positions are reviewed and confirmed daily by a market operator, and then nominated or submitted to the appropriate pipeline for delivery. A client can use the extensive reporting available in the NGX Trading System or on our web site, or contact the Help Desk with any questions regarding their natural gas trading balance.
Market Operations will also provide IT and technical support for each client. Each market operator is extensively trained to provide technical support for multiple operating systems, applications, hardware and connection methods to ensure seamless and reliable functionality of the NGX Trading System.
Market Operations also provides a market agency service which allows the client to contact the Help Desk during the trading day and use them as a proxy to conduct natural gas trading on the NGX Trading System using their trading account.
